Gerasimos Rallatos is an ophthalmology surgeon specialized in child ophthalmology and the conditions of the oculomotor muscles.

He graduated with honors from the Medical School of the University of Athens and specialized in Ophthalmolgy in the University Ophthalmology Clinic of Athens.

He went on to follow postgraduate studies in child ophthalmology and child and adult strabism in one of the four best centers of North America, Will's Eye Hospital, in the position of registrar. His area of specialty includes cataract microsurgery techniques and anterior hemicentrum restoration techniques in congenital syndromes, modern antiglaucoma operations, treatment of amblyopia and strabism in children and adults.

He participates in the most important international conferences and his CV includes publications in acclaimed ophthalmology reviews.
